Ask factories to price the requested base specification and label deviations separately. Film may suit a lower initial equipment budget; glass or polycarbonate changes framing, handling and replacement requirements. Request a material sample where appropriate, plus the exact datasheet, before accepting an alternative.
Review exclusions and support
Request MOQ, sample terms, drawing review, spare-parts list and installation instructions. Lead time should specify the starting event, manufacturing scope and shipping basis.
